Reasonable price, bathroom and room a bit small; but maybe not for Japanese standard. Water shower has great pressure. Location is in the quite area of busy Shinjuku. Easy to get around. Free pastries and drink with communal table is a great plus. Good ammenities available at the front desk.

Excellent hotel

Nice, spacious, clean, quiet hotel. I stayed on the second floor by the road and yet there was very little traffic noise. It was clean and tidy, exactly how I expected. The free bar in the evening was good, and the coffee available all day was excellent.

Great location - good overall value

The Bespoke hotel is located close to the main action in Shinjuku. Everything you need is within walking distance from the hotel. The are around the hotel is clean and safe. There are a few coffee shops within a 5-min walk from the hotel. The rooms are small, but very clean. The laundry machines in the hotel can come in handy. The staff is friendly. Overall good value.

Fantastic property in the quieter part of town. Rooms were smaller than what we’re accustomed to but the cleanliness made the stay comfortable . Free light breakfast and alcohol nightcap. Would definitely come back when in town.
