They have a wonderful staff! Our room was big, clean and beds are comfortable! Enough space to move around for 4 people . Near the train station, 7-11, Family Mart and restaurants. Big shout out to Toko (i think he was doing his OJT?)and the rest of the staff. They are amazing! We definitely booked here again the next time we travel to Tokyo!

Staff is 100% dedicated to satisfying their guests. Really close to two different sub stations: Iidabashi and Suidobashi. Numerous restaurants and convenience markets in the vicinity. I would certainly stay here again.

Such a great hotel and in a great location. Everything is well kept and the room was clean and staff was welcoming. Compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan this was by far the best. The hotel is close enough to train stations and great local food options. Nothing was too touristy.
