Staff is 100% dedicated to satisfying their guests. Really close to two different sub stations: Iidabashi and Suidobashi. Numerous restaurants and convenience markets in the vicinity. I would certainly stay here again.

Such a great hotel and in a great location. Everything is well kept and the room was clean and staff was welcoming. Compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan this was by far the best. The hotel is close enough to train stations and great local food options. Nothing was too touristy.

We had a great stay here! It was very convenient to multiple train stops (JR line is the closest) and it was easy to find. The staff was incredible with helping us with our luggage and storing it for us on our last day before our flight. The rooms were small but they were clean and very comfortable. The beds were high enough that we could store suitcases under them to give us a little more space. The bathroom was also very nice and spacious for a small room! I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Japan. It's a lovely, quiet area in a convenient spot. If you are planning on going to the Tokyo Dome, it's a short walk over to that area.

Loved everything about our stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was close to several train stations and quick and easy to move around different areas of Tokyo. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiter place to stay will many restaurants close by.

Nice location, numerous restaurants around the area, 10 min walk to the Dome with lots of shopping and dining options. All staff members are super friendly and helpful. A minor note: do not use the money exchange kiosk in the lobby, the rate is basically a scam. Overall, it's a super nice hotel, highly recommended!
