I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay!

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. We stayed for 7 days there and needed to switch room for the last night. We just needed to leave our luggage in our old room and they delivered it to our new room when we came back from sightseeing. So convenient! The location is quite good, close to main subway stations. The neighborhood isn't as busy as other popular tourist spots but there are tons of good restaurants to dine in nearby. Also it's walkable to Imperial Palace, so if you like morning walk, you would love to wander around north part of imperial palace and picturesque chidorigafuchi park. Highly recommend this hotel.

Short walk to train stations which is great when you have walked all day. Nice quiet area and a variety of family marts and 7 Eleven around the area which is good for lighter lunch/dinner. Staff were friendly and the family room we stayed in was a great size for 4 of us. We each had our own bed.

The hotel is not closed to any hot spots in Tokyo. The train station is not far but we had to transfer at least 2 lines to Shibuya or anywhere else. The hotel room is average but quite dated and old ( we stayed in East Wing building of the hotel) even though it is rated 4 stars hotel. We had to travel to the main building that I found it is not convenient to use the laundry room and iron which is always occupied and busy as not many laundry machines in that big hotel.

Extremely nice hotel with a great location next to multiple subway stations. Hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. Stayed with a family of 4 in a single room and there was sufficient space for all of us. Hotel is on the older side but extremely well maintained. Laundry onsite if you need it. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.

My first time in Japan and I was not sure where to stay. When I realized this property was about 25 minutes away from the center I worried I had made a mistake. However, I soon realized there was nothing to worry about. There’s 3 metro stations within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet but has a lot of services. The hotel it’s self if wonderful. The staff is super helpful and nice. The property has all the amenities you need, restaurants, gym, laundromat, concierge services etc. The room was a perfect size for 4 adults and it was super clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, offering a solid variety and good quality. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities overall were well-maintained and comfortable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Was staying with my partner here and the hotel was brilliant. Incredibly clean and the staff were always vey friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good place for sightseeing and has plenty of nearby train stations and convenience stores. Room was comfy and clean and i would happily stay here again.
