Walking distance to Mita and shibakoen lines. Easy to get a taxi from front desk staff. Great smelling shampoo and body wash. Room spacious enough. 2 closets, lounge on 14 th floor. Comfy beds, white fluffy towels. Bedroom slippers and useful amenities provided: toothbrush, razor, brush and more. Tully's and few eateries on side/back of hotel.

Rated four star hotel and priced accordingly, but I was very disappointed by the service. Weeks before arrival I asked for a room on a low floor near the elevator (having survived two hotel fires that's important to me.) No one bothered to respond that the lowest floor in the hotel was the 14th floor. And I got the absolutely furthest room from the elevator on the whole floor. (They did offer to move me to a smaller room filled with equipment for wheelchair users, but not what I reserved) The room I got was small even by Tokyo standards and the upkeep was poor: furniture scratched up as were the walls in the elevator. Not what I would expect for the price or the rating.

We had a great view. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. A lot of food options within a 5-minute walk. The train station is a 7 min walk, the subway is even closer. Tokyo Tower is also within a 10-minute walk.

Nice hotel in quiet location. Didn’t get breakfast so can’t comment. Lounge with coffee and free drinks and snacks in evening was a nice touch. Rooms were clean, good bed and temperature regulation. Rooms are tight if you have big luggage but typical for Japan.
