The front desk was amazing. We could not stay in a smoked room because my friend would become very ill and possibly needed hospitalized. So they found us 2 nights there non smoking room and the third night manager said if we could find a hotel, he will refund our money. The breakfast was very minimal and the cafe coffee maker did not work properly.

The room and bathroom are clean with all necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was healthy and delicious. There is a 7-Eleven across the street and a Lawson 2 blocks away which are very convenient. I wish they could be helpful with Tak-Q-Bin service - we were told the hotel couldn't provide the service due to the weather condition of Fujikawaguchiko - we then found out there was no such 'weather condition.'

First of all, I would like to say that the staff was extremely friendly and easy to approach! I had no issues checking in and out because of this. They also have a laundry room in 7th floor, so keep all your 100 yen for this(fyi, it takes a while to complete the laudry so I would plan things ahead)The hotel is close to Kanda station, tokyo station, and Otemachi, which is pretty much all you need to use the subway. There's multiple Lawson and 7-11 near by, which was a great way to finish my day! I would want to come back here again!

A nice, affordable option

This is part of a chain of hotels catering largely to business travelers. There's no bar or fitness center (you can get your exercise walking around the city, and Tokyo has no shortage of places to get a drink!), and they serve breakfast but not lunch or dinner. The room was small but clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful. I appreciated having the coin laundry machines as I was staying for 9 nights. The location was perfect for me, because my company's Tokyo office is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. For a tourist, the hotel is not in the most exciting neighborhood, but it's easy walking distance from JR Kanda station, from which it's a short ride to Yurakucho/Ginza, Akihabara or Ueno. The Otemachi subway station is also walking distance. I will likely stay here again.

Overall it is an OK hotel. It was mostly in a residential area and although there was a business street nearby, there was nothing special there. For example we couldn't find a decent restaurant there, most were fast food like. The lobby looked pretty decent but rooms were average. The double bed was put against two walls, therefore if two people were on the bed, one of them would have to crawl out of the bed. The safe in the room was actually a combination locked drawer, very easy to break with a simple drill. The breakfast price was 900 Yen per person, more than the 750 Yen quoted in Expedia's page. It's not much but would appreciate the update-to-date information.

it is old small business hotel upgraded. no special, staff service just ok but not good, location is ok. stay for 6 day's, there are only 2 laundry machines, dryers are very low efficiency to dry up the cloth take more than an hour, have to waot for vaccant.
