Love our stay, breakfast buffet needs variety

The room was smaller than expected but have the essentials that we need. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a mandatory room cleaning policy on the 4th night to make sure the rooms are sanitary, which we love. We love a clean room! We love the breakfast buffet but we wish there is more variety in the menu. We stayed for 5 nights but we got tired of the same breakfast menu on the 3rd day. The hotel is conveniently located. It is just right the JR station and just minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble.

Enjoyed my time here. Room is slightly smaller but you get what you paid for. Close to Shibuya station and konbinis. Staff was available and very quick to act. Free coffee and teas and easy to work washing machines. Can view status on tv and took two hours to wash. Easy self check in process and amenities available 24/7. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a GEM

Great stay for our family of four adults. Location was central and close to train station. Minutes away from restaurants, both large ones (Shibuya Stream) and smaller family-owned ones. Breakfast was wonderful—a great variation and of very good quality. Rooms are very clean (newer hotel) with ample space for Tokyo standards. Daily cleaning was done with no additional charge. Laundromat was a plus. Checking-in was a breeze.

This was my first stop on my trip in Japan and what an experience it was. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend adding the breakfast commendations if you stay. The French toast blew my mind. I actually left my jacket there and emailed the hotel and they said they could keep it there until I pick it up, knowing I was couldn’t be there for 6 days. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
