Convenient location to metro and JR lines, walkable distance to Ginza if you’re looking for shopping/tourist district. Would recommend going further afield via metro/JR lines to see less touristy areas. Hotel itself is decent and clean, with friendly English-speaking staff. There’s laundry and basic vending machines. However, no breakfast available if that’s important to you. And very small rooms, if you’re used to more space.

Great hotel, great location

Great hotel at a great location. Only a few blocks away from Tokyo train station as well as the metro lines that take you to either Narita or Haneda airport. Super convenient. The premium floor and its amenities were worth paying extra. The only minor issue I had was with laundry. They only have two machines and they are used by guests almost 24 hours a day, so if you need to do laundry, it will be very difficult at this hotel. But other than that, it is a great hotel at a great location.

Wow, Hotel Koko was seriously awesome! We were there for almost two weeks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything you need is right there – all the stores, and you're surrounded by everything. There are tons of shopping malls and Subway stations, plus all sorts of restaurants. Everything is walkable, which is a huge plus. I totally recommend this place. Yeah, the rooms are small, so if you need space, maybe get the bigger ones. But for us, it was fine since we're a couple. We didn't mind the small room at all. And we had a bath, which we loved. Honestly, I really recommend it for the safety. It's also super clean and modern, and they clean the rooms every day unless you don't want them to. It's great!

The walls in the building were visibly dirty, covered with stains and grime, making the space appear neglected. The facilities, including the restrooms and utility areas, were old and outdated, with fixtures showing signs of rust and wear, indicating a lack of recent maintenance.
