Very helpful staff and a good breakfast. Best part of our stay was how quiet our room felt which is very important to us. The room was of course small but we knew that when we booked.

Handy for Tokyo station. We only stayed 1 night. Room was small but comfortable. Self service luggage storage area was handy with lockable tethers for cases. No noise issues. Would use again for a short stay and access to Tokyo station.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. Breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms are small, but typical for a major city like London, Venice, etc. Great location within walking distance Tokyo Station (JR & subways). I would be very happy to stay again in the future.

Great hotel near the Tokyo station! Getting around the town and within the station complex was convenient and efficient once you figured out the layout of the underground shopping and transit complex.
