Stayed here to be close to the convention centre, was convenient for that reason. Used the paid parking and ate at the restaurant. Had problems with the noise as the AC was running and extremely loud throughout the day.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Our room was SO noisy between the in room ac unit and the shower water pressure. When the neighbouring room showere at 4am I thoight there was a massive storm ⅜⁷ Shuttle service was disappointing especially at busy time. There was 30+ people waiting on 1 van shuttle. We ended up walking to the terminal (3) and taking the skytrain to the other terminal. It wasnt ideal with an infant.

Airport hotels with weary travelers: do better

My daughter arrived at 1am, called the shuttle, and the shuttle driver was sent but just idled in the center lane and then left without getting out to call for passengers. When he returned, he blamed her for not stepping into traffic to hail him. Then a fire alarm bounced her out of bed at 10am. Airport hotels with weary travelers need to do better.

Super close to airport, shuttle services are a blessing. Everything well maintained and clean. Just not a fan of the idea of being charged for parking. Everything else lives up to the name of the hotel.

Looks great but bed was lumpy, pillows horrible and very noisy. Every time a door opened and closed you heard it bang and was quite loud. They need to upgrade their walls for soundproofing or whatever or be able to adjust tension on doors. Great price but would have paid more for a good bed, pillow and quiet. Won’t stay here again.

It was a bit odd arriving with gated access only. Not the best check-in either. Clerk was abrupt in speech; system was slow; he was exasperated when I removed the card blaming me for taking it out too early) not the case, system sucks, very slow). Key didn’t work. Had to return to get to work. Not very welcoming. Food in restaurant not great, either.
