Very good hotel and excellent staff. The rooms are big and comfortable. The amenities in the room are plenty but some are a little dated as there’s no Smart TV, internet service is average and the nice Bose radio and CD player is old and does not connect wirelessly to your phone. It’s a great hotel In a great location overall. Highly recommended.

Cannit adjust room temperature. I frozed!

I froze and it was cold in Toronto. Guests cannot adjust the temperature/heating system in the room....This is done by hotel services that must be contacted. This is nit advertised in tge room. So it looks like they keep room temierature within a dedired band and it looks it was even turned off during the night. A a few hundreds $ oer night, i would appreciate the luxury of making this decision.
