It smells so bad and dirty esp the washroom. We requested to change room and even the new room it was still smell so bad. This is the worst hotel ive been. I was aftaid to even touch anything on that small room. The exterior of the hotel looks decent adn luxury ish but the inside of room i was speechless. And to think this is located in downtown and not in suburb you would expect a quality accomodation.

We had a family trip in Toronto and booked this hotel. Our room felt musty and likely a room allowed smoking before. The bed sheet does not feel like recently changed. Some of the carpets have stains on it. The free breakfast is good though.

First of all, I booked a room that was supposed to include breakfast, but we later found out we had to pay an additional $8 per person for a “hot breakfast,” despite spending $300 on a 3-star, old hotel. Second, I booked a room with a hot tub, but when we turned it on, the water was full of black particles. To make matters worse, the next morning there were silver fish bug in the hot tub. This completely ruined our night and made the experience very unpleasant.
