Upon entrance and checkin, the frontdesk staff was very attentive and friendly. I want to highlight that the gentleman at the evening shift was so so nice and very friendly and made sure things went smoothly for us (I can't remember his name). The hotel room was very clean and cleaning staff was also very friendly. We spent 3 nights here and I truly felt at home, bar an issue at the restaurant downstairs, which is in no way the hotel's fault or responsibility.
