Great!

Great stay. Clean, good location for passing through on a road trip. Right on the river path and since they're dog friendly, it's a great spot to walk your pup. Staff were welcoming and attentive. We would stay here again on future journeys through the area.

The property itself is very nice and the staff are top in service. The only complaint I have is at the entry to the lobby there was a very strong stench of cigarette smells and someone had left a pair of men's underwear in one of the bushes near the front door.

Great stay!

Hotel was great, pool and workout room were very clean!!! Our room was clean, no complaints- our view of the roof heating units was definitely a disappointment. However, the view from the pool made up for it. Breakfast was great. LOVED the GF local baked breads!

Very clean accommodations, everyone was friendly. The breakfast was great and a lot of choices to choose from. Water pressure and enough hot water in the shower was great. The only thing that could be improved was the tissue and toilet paper. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Overall very happy with our stay.

Great Location and Views of Snake River

Nicest hotel in Burley. Patio and walking path next to River. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Very clean. Great breakfast. Large pool with floor to ceiling glass windows facing river. Peaceful.

Super nice hotel, staff was very polite and helpful in accommodating our needs. Lobby was very clean and welcoming, our rooms were excellent, and the pool area was clean and the pool was actually heated, the only thing is that there could have been more circulation of air due to it being very muggy & hot but other than that it was better then most hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely book here again in the future.

The Hampton Inn, in Burley, ID is awesome!! It was incredibly comfortable, not to mention spotless, spacious, and very quiet. The bathroom and shower were very impressive as far as hotels go. I was traveling for work, only spent one night, but I will absolutely stay again when traveling through ID. It is a wonderful place to stay!!

I was really hoping I would get a room with a view of the river, but I wasn't sure how to assure that with a booking through Expedia. However, when I checked in, the customer service attendant thought of that all on her own and made sure our room had a window facing the river, even changing it for us. I was impressed and grateful for the initiative and insight. The breakfast was wonderful as well. This was a great night's stay. Thank you, Hampton Hilton Burley!

Key cards were not working so we could not use our touch free and had to be escorted into our room…we were there only 6 hours to sleep and had to pay $100 for our dog to stay…a bit excessive if you ask me! Breakfast attendant was amazing and extremely kind!

Awkward key-less situation

The key system was broken so we couldnt get a key to our room. We had to get someone from the front desk to escort us up the elevator and down the longest hallway known to mankind to let us into our room. The staff was very kind and always available to let us in the room but it was very uncomfortable, felt like asking permission to go to our room.

Maintenance worker went into our room without our knowledge or permission and rifled through our personal items including my fiance's undergarments. The general manager defended his employees predatory behavior and became hostile when he knew I would tell others about what took place at this hotel. I was concerned and spoke to 3 female staff and all of which told me that they "haven't felt safe since Jeanie left". If you value the safety and well-being of your loved ones avoid this cesspool of a hotel.
