Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for staying with us and regret to hear that we were not meeting your expectation. Our Resort is perfect place for relaxing where it is very tranquil and peaceful. Yet, we are not that far from the crowd of Ubud Town Centre where it is only 4.5 kilometres and we provide 8 times free shuttle service to town centre from 9 AM until 9.30 PM. There are some Luxury Resorts such as Four Season, Ritz Carlton Mandapa are even farther from us where they also provide regular shuttle service. Since our two infinity pools are facing East viewing the Mount Agung and rice paddy fields, so that its shaded after 1 PM. However, for guests who would like to continue sunbathing are welcomed to go to the second floor close to our gym and kids' club where we provide alternative place where it is facing West so that you may enjoy the sun until it's set.
