We had a great stay here with great views of the rice fields. Clean and great services from both staff and amenities. They also provide frequent free shuttle buses to the ubud centre which useful being further away. Shame the last shuttle back is only as late as 9:30pm. Would come and stay here again.

The property is far from any restaurant/ ubud market area. The restaurant in the property is very bad serving very poor quality of food. The meat they are using is not fresh and utilising frozen stuff. Cleaning could have been better.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for staying with us and regret to hear that we were not meeting your expectation. Our Resort is perfect place for relaxing where it is very tranquil and peaceful. Yet, we are not that far from the crowd of Ubud Town Centre where it is only 4.5 kilometres and we provide 8 times free shuttle service to town centre from 9 AM until 9.30 PM. There are some Luxury Resorts such as Four Season, Ritz Carlton Mandapa are even farther from us where they also provide regular shuttle service. Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool und es war hervorragend. Wir waren mit Kleinkind unterwegs und es wurde alles für uns super hergerichtet und auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Teils sind ein paar Passagen im Hotel abgenutzt, aber wird momentan auch in Stand gesetzt

Sehr schönes Areal in ruhiger Lage. Optimal via Shuttle an Ubud angebunden. Zusätzlich ein extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Das einzige welches ein bisschen unglücklich ist, der Pool wird nur Vormittags von der Sonne beschienen. Ausweichsmöglichkeit via Sonnendeck gegeben, allerdings ohne Pool Zutritt oder ähnlichem, dennoch ist das Hotel alle male mehr als zu empfehlen!

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for staying with us and we are very happy to hear that you had wonderful holiday where we were able to exceed your expectations. Since our two infinity pools are facing East viewing the Mount Agung and rice paddy fields, so that its shaded after 1 PM. However, for guests who would like to continue sunbathing are welcomed to go to the second floor close to our gym and kids' club where we provide alternative place where it is facing West so that you may enjoy the sun until it's set.
