The rooms are spotless with fabulous amenities; the staff bends over backwards to help you in any way, and the location is absolutely perfect! We came into Venice through the airport, and a shared water taxi brought us to the front of our hotel. We left Venice by train, and the train station is directly across the Grand Canal from the hotel with a bridge just steps away. We felt sorry for the many people who were dragging suitcases down the cobblestone streets. If you want a central location that is a fabulous stay with an extraordinary breakfast, the very best people and outstandingly convenient location, stop searching and choose this hotel!

The location is marvelous but most importantly, the staff is great, truly welcoming and courteous. Also, the room is spotless, very well cleaned and overall, the hotel is very well maintained. I loved it all. Will definitely return as soon as I can. Thanks a lot!

Our room had a perfect view of the Grand Canal and was directly across the bridge to the train station. This was great when we were arriving and leaving-just a 4 minute walk. There are porters at the station who will help with the bags. They have modified wagons to easily move heavy bags across the bridge steps. The staff was very courteous and helpful with maps and directions on the best way to navigate the canals using the vaporetti (public ferries). They also provided suggestions on nearby restaurants. The hotel also has a small bar in front. Breakfast was varied with many choices. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellently situated opposite the train station, 5 minutes walk from the bus station which takes you to the airport, plus right on the Grand Canal. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, with restaurant suggestions. They even remembered our names and had our room ready for an early check in as we came back from our travels for an extra night here. Room well decorated and clean. Good buffet breakfast.

The hotel’s location is very convenient if taking the train which is why I initially chose this hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good and the room was excellent, its spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if we’re back in Venice.
