Excellent location, my room window was looking over the canal, I had a bottle of brut and some snacks to welcome me in my room! Excellent service, amazing views right by saint Marco cathedral. Excellent breakfast too looking over the gondolas! 5⭐️ no doubt and super affordable! I would be definitely coming back!

The location is close to St Mark’s square however it is also unfortunately opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and on the first night there was a DJ playing music from the Hard Rock until 23:45 which made it impossible to relax and sleep with the base noise. The rooms are also not sound proof which meant I also got woken up at 5am by someone’s hairdryer. You can hear toilets flushing too. The staff were friendly enough and the included breakfast was very good, however the negative of the noise out-way the positives for me.
