Booked a non-pet friendly room, when we entered the room behold dog/cat food dish on the floor. Went to front desk and they said Expedia booked us in a pet-friendly room. Staff said no problem and they gave us non pet room without issue. Thank you to the front desk staff.

we stayed at the hotel grand Pacific for my mother‘s 80th birthday. We very much enjoyed our harbor view suite. The hotel was great location and very clean. We had a beautiful view. Service was great. Check out and check-in was easy. They even gave us a free dessert for my mother for her birthday from the restaurant. We definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Great location within walking distance to downtown or Fishermans Wharf. Clean rooms, and friendly staff. The restaurant meals we had were really good as well, with a nice patio overlooking the harbour. The pool exceeded our expectations, as it had long lengths to swim along with a sauna in a covered area. The parking was also super efficient underground and connected easily to the hotel.
