Bring (don’t bring) your screens

Staff at the front desk were accommodating and allowed us to jump in the pool while they made up our room. Parking area needs some better signage as it’s a bit of a maze getting to the front lobby. Really need to put some money into a better TV and options beyond basic cable. I guess the assumption is everyone will bring a laptop or ipad, so if you don’t be prepared (not that you want to watch a screen on a beautiful day in Victoria!).

We left our passports at the hotel and didnt realize it until we were at Vancouver airport. The staff graciously ran them to Harbour Air and put them on a plane to Vancouver. We made it home the same day. Hotel is lovely. We highly recommend.

The price for one night is a total rip off. This was not even including a muffin for breakfast or free parking. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The worst bed I've slept on in a hotel.
