There are hidden fees Hotels.com doesnt show

When I found this place on Hotels.com the website advertised "all fees included" in the final price advertised. What they dont tell you that when the hotel asks for $100 deposit they dont mention that its actually a "facilities fee" which they take a big chunk of the deposit. I've tried contacting Hotels.com about this issue but it hasnt been resolved. So its false advertising that "all fees included" Hotels.com shows. Better to stay at a place that shows you all the fees upfront rather than doing backend sneakiness.

This hotel does not provide wash rags for your body. Only hand towels. They do not clean your room until 3 days of your stay. if you need to sleep for ONE night and don’t plan on showering properly then this might be the place for you. Me and my boyfriend stay here and for our 2nd time in DC and this was NOT worth the price. $400 for somewhere we wouldn’t stay for more than a day if we didn’t already pay for it.

Fun and modern hotel

The hotel is fun and modern. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The rooms had interesting decor and the beds are really soft and comfy. The room has a fridge and hairdryer, no glasses or tea/coffee stuff though. The staff in the restaurant/bar were not welcoming however and overcharged me for my drinks. It also closes at 9pm, so I ended up spending my money at McClellans down the road - very friendly and great selection of drinks!
