We were there for a week and NO dressers or drawers of any kind. No hooks to hang clothes on in bathroom. We, basically, had to live out of our suitcases for a week. VERY inconvenient and will not stay there or recommend to anyone else. Managers response was guests were too hard on drawers, studies have shown, etc. My parting words were "I heard you." "DId you hear me?" No response. As a consumer, I do not care what your reasoning is for your lack drawers. Other 4 hotels we used this trip have had drawers and seem to be doing fine financially. Just my opinion

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast for the price. We came to go to the ARK Encounter and this was about 5 miles away. We will be back later in the year with friends and will book this place again.

An acceptable stay

The breakfast items were the same every day--scrambled eggs, sausage links, and make-your-own waffles, etc. It seems there could have been more variety in the items for the hot breakfast, but at least it wasn't carbs only! It seemed to be clean, and the refrigerator also had a real freezer section! The A/C unit in our room was noisy when it turned on and off, but earplugs helped moderate that noise. Our room on the top floor was reasonably quiet. Overall, our stay was good.

The staff were great. The rooms were clean and the soap and shampoo and conditioner they had on shower wall was very convenient. The lotion as well on the shelf is an amazing idea..Very clean and organized.
