The room was filthy and in disrepair. The shower didn't work and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. We were late check ins with our dogs and toddler because we were traveling and this was as far as we could make it and there was nothing available ...

Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! ...
