"I reserved a room with a king size bed; upon checking in we were informed that the king rooms weren't cleaned so they were putting us in a queen/queen room....not what I wanted and reserved. Their idea of making it right was by giving on $10 credit for breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat either there ..."

"The milk for breakfast was spoiled every morning. Need a bigger selection of options. More protein. Eggs hard to peel. Our first room smelled like soured mop head. Had to change the sheets ourselves bc of the smell. The toilet DID not work properly."
