For a luxury accomumodation I would expect more. The overall location of the property is beautiful however the staff could have been more helpful especially the reception as they are long to answer and accommodate your needs

This hotel is really excellent. There is a major drawback though. The night clubs are down the beach and whilst there is notice that there will be noise from 9.30-2.30am it is actually until 4am. The Cove Phi Phi
Stay was overall amazing, great location and beautiful private beach and great view from room. Only issue is no access to any store apart from the hotels minimart. Apart from that the food was great but a bit expensive.
