"Reception staff really friendly. Housekeeping needs to improve tremendously. Although bathroom was clean enough, the toilet inner part needed a good clean. There was mould/ grime on the tile corners of the floor. Towels were very old. Under the bed had a lot of fluff and an old tissue, not surprised ..."

"First appearance the property is nice. However upon furher inspection in the room, I question the throoughness of the cleaning. Carpet does not look like it has been vacummed in weeks. Luckily they had slippers. Otherwise very high score for location as it is centrally located to all attractions"
