Hotel is in a great location, clean and the waterpark is always a hit for our kids, unfortunately it was closed on the day we went for staff training but we still got to use the pool just no waterslide or waterpark.

We arrived to no shampoo or body wash in the shower, requested three times and still never received. We scheduled two airport transfers but one was ultimately canceled yet still charged for it. Only good thing was check in was super quick

Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. ...
