Room was perfect with lovely sea views and a large bathroom with a bath with sea views - bathroom does need a little updating but we didn't notice it. Location of hotel was excllent with beautiful views of Le Morne and the lagoon

Buffet is sensational. Elite club menu good but could maybe have a bit more choice. All pools are very clean. Only thing it lacks is a jacuzzi. Staff can't do enough for you, all extremely polite. Some drinks service at the beach would be nice. Maybe just for elite club?

When the night manager was made aware of the problem, he started the ball rolling to provide an alternate room. Next morning, I was impressed ...
