This house was cozy, well stocked and very clean. We loved the outdoor back porch, fire pit and log cabin beauty of the home. There were also a ton of games for the kids to play and lots of extra blankets for cold nights. We would love to visit again!

Montauk Nature Retreat - 3 miles to Montauk State Park on Acreage!!
Second time staying here and it was amazing as always! It's a beautiful property with tons of space, it's nice and secluded to be able to relax without being too far from town. I plan to come back again!

Charming 3-bedroom house in Licking, MO
I had a wedding reception to attend in Licking, Mo. This was perfect! Plenty of room to relax and feel at home and not be cramped in a hotel. Place was nicely furnished.

1. When I arrived, there were a large number of flies, many dead on the floor but many alive. My body count was 17 the first night, it never really stopped. I could not figure out how they were getting in. I'm a country boy and expect some lady bugs and flies but really? Everything else was clean ...

My husband and I were had reserved this property. Had a hard time finding it because address was skewed on mailbox. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice ...

Country Inn Motel
The breakfast was literally just three kinds of cereal. The rooms were decently clean. The beds were super hard. No hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.
