Very good place to stay and good value.
Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists.

Everything great about this hotel, except no lift and I was on 5th floor. Very friendly front desk staff. Will definitely stay here again.
