Lovely stay

We stayed for 8 days so a much longer stay than usual. The staff are lovely including Reception, housekeeping and breakfast room. We had a lovely room at the end of the corridor so we were rarely disturbed. Enjoyed the breakfast done to order. The car park can be tricky as there aren’t a long of spaces but the overflow suits us fine too. Environmentally, we bring our own toiletries so do not use the complimentary packs apart from a bar of soap. Towels replaced daily so it would be good to know where to keep towels if you don’t want them replaced.

Excellent service from start to finish!

The staff were so welcoming and they could not do enough for you, from the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the room service staff. Lovely, comfortable rooms and plenty of areas to sit and read the complimentary newspapers and library books. The parking pass for a nearby car park was very helpful when we could not park in the hotel’s underground car park.

The room, bed, staff, breakfast, location, were all satisfactory. We had a good 1 night stay, and slept well. The resident laundry room was in a poor state, with the washer & dryer full of towels, and the room was unkempt, full of towels everywhere, including on the floor. The dryer filter was overflowing with lint. We would have liked to use the laundry facilities, but could not in the state it was in. Enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast service was courteous and efficient. Breakfast options were very good, which included hot and continental choices. It was very nice that we could have breakfast before 7:30am, which is not usual in most areas.

The location was great. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room and everything we needed to get to was walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and when my cab never showed up, the staff at thw fromt desk helped me secure another cab so we could get to my brother's wedding venue.

Right inthe town bang in.a bit old fashioned in decor and facilities.could do with modern uplift. Breakfast menu not great.no help yourself buffets for food or drinks all has to be ordered from a menu.no room service or fridge in the room I stayed,and the double bed was two singles together which wasn’t great either.the carp park was a really tight squeeze to park and flooded when I stayed there.when it had rained.its ok to stay here it is what it is,perfect for ballina town,but for me a bit more of an upgrade needed on hotel interior and bathroom toiletries.looking past all that.it suited my needs and this just my opinion on my stay.

Always a good stay at the Ballina Manor, the staff are lovely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. Brilliant location right in the centre of the town. We always stay here when we are in Ballina.
