Beautiful room, restaurant and good service. Lots of comfortable seating in lobby and by pool. Laundry room available (use coins). Little store with items reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. The hotel has a free Tuk Tuk that will take you to the main road where you can walk to train station or catch a taxi or Tuk Tuk. I would love to go back

The hotel was nice. The staff were nice room was newly renovated as far as food and beverage services very limited. It’s a dry hotel no alcohol no service at the pool. It’s nice to have a beer by the pool when you’re on holidays.

Location is great. Tuk tuk service provided by hotel to and from the main road is really helpful. Staff (be it reception, housekeeping, restaurant, pool area) are all very nice. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. The hotel is in need of renovations. We were upgraded from a one bedroom to two bedroom suite which was great however the room needed renovations including the hallway - we were on the 27th floor.

What we liked: -breakfast, worth the extra add on, variety, specials if the day -location, distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall, BTS/MRT, tuk tuk service -staff, timely response to problems and requests -newer rooms that have been renovated and equipped with smart TVs What we didn’t like: -bugs in breakfast/food area and in our room -our first nights with two bedrooms the rooms were very outdated, but spacious -our WiFi did not work when we checked in, technician had to come 3 times to get it to work -if taking taxi or pple picking you us Asoke area had the worst traffic
