The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a refreshing welcome drink on arrival. We were delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which made our visit even better. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, close to excellent public transport links.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the sound from the AC, sometimes it tends to get abit loud for a few minutes and then back to normal again. Other then that the surrounding area is good, there is a gym nearby, school, parks, mall, king power duty free mall and finding food and drinks is not a problem at all.
