Comfy and value for work but not cosy for tourist

Nice staff, interesting building design, but rooms are fitted out at low cost and it shows. Bathrooms are very tiered, fittings loose or missing. Cheep fitted bed very little space in room around a double bed. I had 6th floor room , which did have a massive balcony area which was a real plus but other rooms do not have that and the view was nothing to right home about. Good for a business overnight stay if you are working in the area or want to be closer to airport but not at the airport. Overall clean and comfy but not cosy. A place to sleep not to stay. The pop up iron boards are a joke, do not work.

Nice but a little to far out.

The staff are great, however the hotel suffers from alot of internal noise as the foyer is the full height of the hotel and you can hear everything from the ground up. Taxi is best to and from the location.

Awesome restaurant, hotel, and staff, the only thing i did not like is that they didn’t inform us that the pool doesn’t have heat I was kind of disappointed for my son he was looking forward to get in the pool but the pool was freezing. He did get in and got out immediately.

Choose another hotel

Checked in at 2145. No food after 2200! Very strong smell of disinfectant in the room and discover why when we went to bed. The smell of Hash/pot/weed was so strong we felt sick! It appeared to come through the ceiling vent. When I complained to the clerk on the reception the next morning he was not surprised and certainly not concerned. There was no manager to talk to.

There was no kettle, coffee, tea. There was no real blanket, only an old mattress cover to cover ourselves with besides the sheet. The "hot breakfast buffet" was cold and not worth the price paid for the buffet. This hotel asked to be notified if we were arriving past 6 pm, and yet when I notified the hotel of our late arrival, no one emailed me back that they knew. This hotel put the room charges on our visa card 8 days before our arrival, even though we had booked a refundable room rate, very frustrating and inconsiderate,

It was great for the price. There is not much in the surrounding area but it only takes 15E by taxi to get anywhere. The breakfast was fine. Didn't get to use the pool and there was no Jacuzzi, too bad.

How is this property four star? The reception and reception staff was nice, but that was the only highlight. The room was dirty. Bugs in the bed. The floor made our feet very dirty. The bathroom had black mould. Every time someone flushed a toilet, we heard every bit of plumbing ALL NIGHT LONG. The hotel is very loud and we didn’t sleep well at all. We were initially booked in for three nights but only managed one. We moved to Hotel Catalonia which is also a four star hotel and the difference is STARK. This hotel needs a serious reevaluation. It’s closer to a one or two star hotel, at best.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend stay in Barcelona. The room was tidy and spacious, the amenities provided were suitable too. We checked in at 2am and the man on reception was friendly and welcoming. It's a bit far out from the centre but my partner and I love walking so it was no problem, however if you prefer there are buses available or taxis with Bolt. The breakfast was good and the dinner options were also decent. There's a small pool under the hotel too which is was nice and relaxing.

Poor wifi, but the room is clean.

The breakfast buffet price is same for adults and baby under 3s which is very unreasonable so not recommend for family with young kids. Also the wifi is not working which cause us lots of trouble. Other things are good.
