Staff was friendly, food was good and my room was clean when I checked in. I opted not to receive cleaning for my 3 night stay but even then I was still able to request towels and other amenities. The topping on the cake was that the building was attached to an Access Mercando which was a nice surprise.

The only problem at this hotel was the lifts . I could not get up to my room and then to 3rd floor then the exit. I nearly mussed my train waiting for lifts. Everything else was great.

Stay was wonderful except the horrible security guard who yelled at us, and threatened to call the police for staying 5 minutes over the pool hours (we thought it closed at 11 when that actually was just the rooftop bar) This was so unacceptable I had the security guard go down to the front desk and talk to the front desk for telling us a different time of pool closing. She then proceeded to get upset at the staff and demanded the persons name who gave incorrect information. Unpleasant experience. The front desk was very nice and accommodating.
