A fabulous hotel in an outstanding location. Our room was beautiful and the view of the Guggenheim was breathtaking. The staff are wonderful, the bed luxurious and the breakfast was excellent with a brilliant view. A great location.

I cannot explain how incredibly satisfied we are after staying at this hotel. The New Years Eve event was also amazing and well coordinated. If we visit Bilbao again, we are certainly staying here once again.

The hotel is wonderful, but I would like to highlight the service. They are always will if to make your stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and Cora, Jon and the whole team are very attentive and care for every detail. At the reception Bertha was able to recommend a place for dinner and make the reservation for us. I could not take the name of each member of the staff, but each and everyone were fantastic. I look forward to staying there again!
