The complimentary breakfast buffet was good although crowded after 8 AM. The elevators ran smoothly. The indoor pool on the third floor had warm water one day and cold the next. Food choices within walking distance were very limited and expensive. You have to walk several blocks to get to public transit and no nearby grocery stores. The beds and room temperature were comfortable.

The AC in the room was very loud, a constant noise as a drill that doesnt stop. After 3 days of not being able to sleep, they finaly sent someone to take a look at it. Also the breakfast situation was crazy. So many people that the line was 30 min long. They should have opened 2 stations on busy days like these

Great hotel! It’s clean and had great service. Our stay was a good one. The closest T stop is South Station which is about 1/2 hour walk.
