Hotel lobby is a busy cafe, but room very nice and quiet. Be aware that rooms 111 and 112 have their own elevator stops and the buttons are easy to miss.

Great location, very close to grand place. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was the lifts, one was not working and the other, the ground floor button occasionally did not work, which was an inconvenience.

Location location location. This property is not only in a perfect location to any tourist coming to Brussels, but Lloyd’s downstairs is very fresh delicious food! Definitely take advantage of the discounted breakfast offerings upon booking. You will not be disappointed. The only reason I have anything to complain about, is that we were on the first floor near the Main Street. Unfortunately, we had a lot of road noise that came into our room and was quite disruptive. Another random quirk, the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust and would get very humid. All are minor issues, but the key factor was the staff and location for this property. Fantastic highly recommended!
