Me and my finance stayed here for a week, we enjoyed it not food options could get better we only really liked and ate at the steak restaurant the buffet side didn’t like the the pools closed early as well as the seim up bar, our room was nice always got cleaned overall I’d stay here again

Overall a very good hotel. The buffet doesn’t have a huge variety of options, but the food quality and overall experience were very good. The entertainment is excellent. This was my first time at Riu Caribe, but I’ve stayed at other Riu hotels before, and in all of them the service has been very good, almost excellent.

The staff was fantastic The facility needed upgrading, which includes cleaning, painting, signage. Upon checking in mini bar was not stocked, no water bottles to make coffee in the morning, no coffee placed in the room, the air conditioning didn’t work and the entrance lightbulb was blown out. This is the reason why I did not join your rewards program. First impression was not good at all. I used your facility in Costa Rica and it was fantastic. This vacation needed a lot more work for me to join your club

I didn’t like one of the service member on the front Desk named Keyla, she was rude very disrespectful and tried to assume words my kids didn’t say and situations not even close to what was happening even treated on me to call the police. She didn’t let me speak almost to the point that the General manager (yisela) a very professional and educated woman had to have a talk with me cuz there was no way for me to comunicate with Keyla which is very bad for customer service.
