The staff were very friendly and informational/helpful. The rooms are very, very basic. The property itself seems a little dated. I’d say it’s a budge friendly type of stay, especially if you’re just needing a bed to sleep in. Still a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains and walking distance to the main strip in Canmore for food and shopping.

The property was ok and probably the most affordable in the area, but some updates and renos are recommended. If the hotel did that thier prices and quality would be vwry hard to beat. Other than that...the staff was awesome and ecerything else was great

Overall this is a good option when visiting Canmore and the surrounding area. Water pressure was not ideal and there were several broken pieces of furniture, but otherwise it was a solid room. Staff were very friendly. Probably the most affordable option in Canmore.

The hotel was good. It was fairly clean and cleaning staff were very friendly. I just wished they had a better parking setup. I stayed here for my wedding, and the parking is first come first serve. It was very hard to move all my wedding gear in my wedding dress when all the spots infront of the room were taken so we had to park far. Aside from that we had an excellent stay, and otherwise from wedding the parking lot wouldnt be a major issue! Also, if you get a room on the main floor, expect lots of people to walk by and look into your room lol. It's not very private. We must have gotten a recently renovated room. I was expecting carpet and we got nice new flooring that i was very happy with! Excellent stay especially for how much more affordabke it is than the other options!

I never caught her name but the young lady at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. For being slightly dated this was the most calming and welcoming hotel I have ever been too. The hot tub, sauna, and views are amazing. I highly recommend it.

Excellent rooms with a full kitchen and anything you need for staying in this area. We used Canmore as our base to hike through Kananaskis and also Banff. Canmore is a great town and we could walk to many places from this accommodation. Mountain view is incredible from the property and staff was helpful and kind. Very clean. Loved the hot tub in the evenings - one of the reasons I booked here. Would stay here again!

This was a great place to make as space camp for our trip to Banff, Yoho and Jasper. They ski Lodge had a nice little balcony, had had a nice little kitchen area with pots and pans, cooking utensils and plates why glassware We enjoyed the lofted extra bedroom and it had a decent size bathroom with a bathtub which I appreciated. I gave this a four star rating as the facility needs some major updates. The bathroom also could’ve been cleaner. The carpet was very worn and very old. The couch was very worn and old as well. The beds were moderately comfortable, and we appreciated the loft for extra room. The air conditioning was adequate for summertime. We love that we could walk to a few of the restaurants and grocery, and we love the view of three sisters from the balcony. The staff were excellent and were available anytime we needed them. We would definitely stay again and hope to see some upgrades at a potential next visit.

The location is great and close to the town, walkable to many shops just across the street. The beds were comfortable and overall quiet even with the highway just behind the hotel and just what we needed for the weekend.

The worst place I have stayed in a long time. Stayed here once in 2003 and literally nothing has changed- not even the blankets! Smelled of cigarettes, fridge didn’t work, not clean sheets and quite expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful.
