Disappointed this time. We stay here on our trips south and it has always been pretty good. This time, our room, 109, was not clean (carpet, tub/shower), TV remote wouldn't work properly and front desk was unable to fix. Mattress on bed near window is far too old, sags in the middle making for poor sleep. These are easy fixes which I reported to front desk but not much interest shown.

I had a great stay at the Super 8 in Casper, Wyoming! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus for convenience.
