Very close to train station and the centre. Very clean ,well set up place . Enjoyed the free breakfast too. Even though it was my first time using shared bathroom facilities, it was so clean and like a private bathroom.Olga , hard working lady,was so helpful. She needs a pay rise!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Franziskaner. The location was great and the room was clean. Just a bit tricky to get in for the first time since there is no front desk and you have to have your instructions ready to get in and get your key. But all good.

Great location in old town. Close to bus stop. You can take bus 10 11 12 to train or walk in a few minutes Kid but clean and charming. Had shower in room just WC in separate rooms Great breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a room that had a shared bathroom. We didn’t have any issues having to wait for the bathroom or shower. It was always available when we needed it. I would stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Loved our stay here - we only had one Sunday night here, but Hotel Franziskaner was very welcoming. Our room was light, overlooked the main street, had plenty of space & a comfy bed. We ate in the restaurant - delicious food and great friendly service. Would love to stay here again.

Danielle was wonderful she checked us in and gave recommendations. Unfortunately there was no lift and we were on the second floor in our bags weren't light. But the room was clean and the location was fantastic easy to get around. Breakfast was included and was very good. We ate at the restaurant for dinner at the hotel and it was fabulous. Danielle also serviced us that evening, she was fantastic!

We had a large room with a private bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was great. Only one complaint - we tried to eat in the restaurant and the waiter with the beard completely ignored us. We eventually had to ask his female colleague to get his attention, and when he did deign to serve us, he was clearly unhappy about it. He continued to ignore us and eventually we had to go inside to pay the bill as he ignored us when we asked for it. He was happy and joking with other customers and we have to wonder if he had a problem with my wife being the only Indian person there.

Charming little place in the heart of old Chur with very friendly staff and excellent food, especially the breakfast. Our room was a bit small, but adequate. We recommend this place.
