Staff was fantastic, including the very helpful and solicitous valet attendants and front desk staff. Unfortunately, there was a sewer-like stench throughout the hotel for 2 days/nights of our 3-night stay that made walking through the common areas very unpleasant. Once in the room, the smell was much less apparent. The room, itself, was clean and comfortable; however, it was showing signs of being in need of a refresh. Best features of the room were the comfortable bed and the radiant-heat bathroom floors.

Shabby. Cut corners on so many small things. Disintegrating toilet paper, toiletry dispensers that don't work and are held to the wall with sticky tape, and more. A "sustainability charge" that was not disclosed on the hotels.com web site was just another way to squeeze another buck out of guests. Not even the manager could explain it, and offered a smile and a shrug when asked. The sad part is that it didn't have to be this way. We stayed at a 21C hotel in Louisville and were thrilled. A disappointing property.

My stay at 21C was truly unforgettable! The staff's warm hospitality and accommodating nature made all the difference. Rooms are clean, comfortable, large with high ceilings. Room service was remarkably efficient, and the cuisine was not only fresh but also bursting with flavor. After experiencing 21C, it's clear that it sets a new standard for hospitality in Cincinnati. I'd give it a perfect score without hesitation.

The room when we got there had trash in our bin the glass for the bathroom shelf was chipped I found out the hard way and they said our stay came with complimentary breakfast yet they still charged me $42 even though Expedia made me pay more for breakfast each day
