The grands

One of our stops on a two week cross country trip with our grandchildren. Cody was a must stop for us and to be central to destinations. We visited Yellowstone, Thermopolis for dinosaur digging, Buffal Bill Museum was pracynext door and of course the Rodeo just a short drive down the road.

Our room was small and the a/c and bathroom fan were very noisy. This BW is very dated and still pricey. I expected more from a BW.

Sunset Inn was great! Breakfast was pretty decent- they served pancakes on the deck that they made out on the blackstone. All the staff members were great and friendly. Rooms were ok, a little dark - they need to update their lighting and also the mattresses. Other than that it was awesome!

Beautiful property with flowers everywhere, lovely shade trees and a remarkable breakfast each morning. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved the two-room suite, hot tub, and pool!

I've stayed in worse. Overall, the hotel was ok. The indoor pool and hot tub were warm and the kids loved it. The outdoor pool was drained even though it was the end of June and 95 degrees out. The room was smaller than expected and kind of dingy. They obviously painted to try to clean it up. The beds were nice and clean. The carpet, walls, and bathroom sink were not very clean. There was dirt and hair and little pieces of garbage on the floor and toothpaste in the sink. If we ever stay in Cody again, we will try a different hotel.
