The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She was the best part of the stay, what a gem. The room was clean enough. Tiny, but adequate. Appropriate for the amount I paid. The stairwell was a little dirty, creepy, and smelled bad. Not the best way to introduce clients to your motel given that there was no elevator optionto avoid the stairwells. Overall, it was just ok. Good enough for one night and for the very low price. Wouldnt come back with family.

Here's my feedback on my recent stay: What I Liked: **Breakfast:** It was very convenient for me, filling, and the options were cool. **Location:** Extremely convenient for work, highway access, food, dining, and gas. What I Didn't Like: **Room Odor:** The room had a persistent unpleasant smell, like stale urine and possibly pet odor, which felt poorly masked. **Cleanliness Issues:** I found hair in the tub (emerging from a crevice) and around the base of the toilet, contributing to an overall unhygienic impression. **Room Size:** The room felt notably small.

This property was far enough away from the stadium so that it didn’t seem super busy, but close enough where it was an easy drive especially at the end of the night. The walls are a little thin, but overall, not bad for the price. Breakfast was better than most places. I’d stay here again if visiting Crew Stadium. Tons of dining and shopping options nearby.

The property around the hotel was nice and and well landscaped. The interior was in poor condition and in need of remodeling. The staff was courteous and attentive. After we checked in, including signing we would not smoke in the room, we were given our keys to a second floor room. It literally stank from cigarette smoke. We immediately requested another room which we were given. It smelled very musty, even though there was an attempt to remodel. There was a newer vinyl floor and some new fixtures but the old wooden cupboards did little to enhance the room. We had a king size bed that was butted up against the counter so you had to either climb in from the opposite side or the bottom. After checking in we went out and bought air freshner and candles. While i appreciate kind and welcoming staff (the reason we didn't complain) it is doubtful i would stay in another quality inn.

My stay at Quality Inn North once again was great. Always very clean with friendly staff and everyday they layout the big breakfast spread with just about every breakfast food you can think of and it's all good ! Quality Inn North gets 5 gold stars and 2 thumbs up from me again .
