Staff was really friendly and had a quick check-in. The room was very dated. Everything appeared to be from the 70's except upgrades to the bathroom. The floor above me was creaking loudly, no fan on the the wall unit that worked. Will not stay again. On the title it says Polaris which is what mislead me. ceiling and the fan in

The rooms are outdated the shower water ran all over the bathroom when we took a shower very dangerous and dirty and not worth the money.

I was charged by Expedia and the Quality Inn. I charged twice for the same stay. The smell of cleaning supplies was so strong I had a headache and sore throat. This smell was throughout the halls, as well as, the room.

When I came to check in...the worker tried to charge me when I had already paid on line the day before..he customer service needs work..I was asked if I wanted a room on the first floor or second floor when I said first floor then he tells me wasn't a first floor room ready...but when my cousin checks in right after me she got a first floor room..

Check in didn't go well at all...I paid for my room on 10-31-2025 on line once I arrived on 11-01-2025 they tried charging me for the room that was already paid for and tried to change me more... thankfully I had my paid email to prove I had already paid....person at front desk was not to friendly...then I was asked would I like first floor or second floor when I said first floor then I was told there wasn't any available but my cousin who checked in right behind me was given a first floor room...I am from out of town came to Columbus for my husband birthday...
