Very happy with our stay at the WIDE hotel. Convenient location if you want to walk to the many beautiful sights in Copenhagen. We didn't spend much time in our room, but it was comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful, & great buffet breakfast

As always great stay at the wide. Staff are wonderful. Only down side is the humming from the heating/AC unit which I couldn’t turn down as it kept defaulting to 21.5.

It’s in a great place for exploring the city by foot, lots of places to eat out in the evening =s near by. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. Nice Gym on site which we used too. Safe bag storage area. The room (bathroom especially) cleaning standard was a little lower than expected with some stains on the door and around the toilet, but apart from that, I would recommend.

Excellent hotel with genuine charm and uniqueness. Great location, nearby restaurants and close to metro. Lovely staff helpfulness. I really appreciate that they *still provide things like conditioner, iron, snacks, minibar, and regular room service. All these make me look forward already to my next business trip stay.

Overall great hotel - If you're like us and are happy to walk everywhere around a city break, it's in a perfect location with great restaurants and shopping in the area (public transport is right there as well). Staff were very polite, professional and spoke excellent English. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious and nicely decorated and also had everything we needed. The hotel lobby / bar toilets are not very well located as walking past them on two seperate days they had a bad smell coming from them into the lobby area. The hotel room is advertised as sound proof and whilst this was mostly true, the wooden floors of the bedrooms allow for heavy footsteps from above, I must add that those sounds are slightly dampened and it wasn't constant so didn't end up being a problem, but I think that's more dependant on the guest above you.
