The stay was fine. The staff were very accomadating and friendly. The rooms lacked on cleanleness. My first room the toilet seat had feces smear on it, the hard surfaces on the desks and dresser were coated with dust, drawers were molded. The carpet needed vaccuming. It wasnt horrible, but gave the impression the housekeepers have too much of a load to handle

Housekeeping needs heavy improvement. Towels with stains comforters with blood stains, sheets & pillowcases dingy and appears not crisp clean. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke- they changed us to another.

The room was definitely outdated. But the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. It created some disruption as my husband had to be moved from one room to another. But if it's to help improve the lodging it was worth it.

There was a noise that appeared to be coming from the bathroom area. A very consistent vibrating like sound that interrupted my sleep throughout the night. The breakfast eating area had ants running around on the counter next to the food.
