This 2 bedroom- 2 bath luxury condo at St. Lucia at Silver Shells will be your oasis in Destin. Completely updated with new beautiful finishings, amenities, and gulf views from every window and balcony, you will never be able to settle for less on your visits.
In addition to the private space, you have access to 1000 ft of deeded beach, 2 pools, a Ruth Chris steakhouse on site and nearby Health Club. We look forward to hosting you!


The space
Gorgeous two bedroom, two bath GULF View condo in St. Lucia building at the fabulous Silver Shells Beach Resort & Spa! This unit sleeps 6 guests: with king bed in the master, a queen bed in guest and a sleeper sofa in the main living room. In the master suite is a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, walk-in shower & dual vanity. Amenitiesin our unit include: Smart TVs (44 and 55 inches in each room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Cable, coffee/tea bar, beach towels, and beach chairs (2 adult, 2 kids), board games, in unit washer/dryer. If you would like to lounge on the patio, you can do that via the wraparound balcony that can be accessed though both bedrooms and the living room.


The Area

Centrally located among Destin's premier shops, nightlife, dining and area attractions, the Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa offers an experience that’s as relaxing or as exciting as you wish!
Take a dip in Silver Shells' beautifully maintained pools. The centerpiece of the resort is a 7,500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfall. Next to the pool is a playground for the kids. There is also small pools just for the kids. Escape from the heat and enjoy the fully furnished luxury Cabanas surrounding the lagoon pool complete with dancing waterfall. These convenient poolside Cabanas feature a cable television, half-bath, and living area with mini fridge (an extra rental charge may apply)
The other side of the pool takes you the private beach. You can access this beach with the fob provided your check in and beach/umbrellas service is available as well as a host of water sports and other activities. Extra charges are required for these services.


Guest access
All spaces and and resort amenities will be available to all guests during their stay.


Damage Deposit
A $ 500 deposit is required. It will be refunded within 3 days of your checkout.
