Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean except for a little strip of mold in the bathroom. Tub looked old with some of the top layer peeled off. Shuttle never showed up to pick me up from the airport but was on time for transport to the airport. Overall not a bad experience though.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. My only negative was that we reserved the room for 3 people, but were given only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Didn't realize that until we were ready for bed, but then had to get dressed again and go get the extra ones ourselves.

Breakfast was a disaster. They pre-cook the eggs and put them with a sausage on a plate and then put them in the refrigerator for you to warm them in the microwave. Also, if you want any milk you have to get it from the gallon cart from the refrigerator, where everyone touhes it with their germs. Danishes are small as a little cookie for a toddler. And there hard from being frozen. No fruits and there wasn't an attendance on sight. We had to go to the front desk.

Felt like this hotel could definitely use a major update. The beds are hard, almost like their were from the 1980's. Bathroom felt like it was dirty, the shower curtain was stained and needed to be desperately replaced. mold around the tub and filter in heater definitely needed to be cleaned. Good location, but not worth feeling dirty after staying there.

I was stranded in Detroit and booked this on the plane there before I realized that the airline was putting me up for the night. Even though the reservation was only made minutes earlier, the hotel would not cancel and refund my money. Terrible customer service from Wingate and Expedia.
