From the moment we arrived at Rixos, we knew we were in for something special—but the experience still managed to exceed our expectations in every possible way. The standout for us was the impeccable room cleaning and attention to detail. Every day, we returned to a room that looked brand new—freshly made beds, spotless bathrooms, and even small, thoughtful touches like carefully arranged toiletries, folded towels, and a perfectly organized space that made us feel genuinely cared for. The housekeeping staff clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-standard cleanliness, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Beyond that, everything else about our stay was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Over all we enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement. Buffet restaurant was not up to much. Poor selection of food and the same every night. We were half board which in hindsight I think bed and breakfast would have been better. You could only use the buffet restaurant within your half board package as the other restaurants on the resort were not included or even offered to with some discount. Nor were fizzy drinks (not even one) with your meal at the buffet on half board basis were included which is quite rare Bathroom in room is starting to need some tlc as silicon is starting to mould and the fittings were loose Couple of the reception members were not as friendly as some more so one in particular. I do not appreciate my child being looked at as though she does not belong there when we are just as good as paying guests as the rest. Kids club was lacking in enthusiasm with early closures and no entertainment for kids on an evening. Restaurants/bars were limited on evenings if you have children which is a shame and a loss to the hotel really especially when there is no evening entertainment for families. Pool sun loungers were increasingly hard to find as the week went on. I would suggest more beds or if there is an adults only pool, which there was, you then a rule is brought in for adults only to be in that area rather taking up spaces in the family pool. The pool closed fairly early too which a lot of people were disappointed about. Shame really

Ihave been in dubai 10 times in different hotel. That was our first time and rixos. And i dont think i will go to any other hotel from now on. The rixos was absolutely the best hotel we have ever being in. From the front dest to the pool to the cleaning crow. The place was unreal. We will see you soon again thanks for the great hospitality.

This hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Jumeirah Beach, it is in walkable distance to Dubai Marina and Blue Waters , Ain Dubai. the hotel is located at the nice sandy beach , the room are pretty spacious . Even though there are many restaurants outside at JBR , the hotel offers such a great breakfast that you would not even want o leave the property . The Naturelife spa is amazing and offers variety of treatments . We love Govida cafe at the reception. Everyone at the reception is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Yvan, the housekeeping personal is very attentive as well . Also, we love to express our appreciation for Natasha at the concierge service , who helped us with booking of the show " La Perle " .
