Love the hotel and its location. Major down side was the wifi you could not work from your room wifi kept going in and out and extremely slow. I would have to go sit in the hallway by the elevator or go down stairs if I really needed wifi to work. Over all a great place.

The hotel is undergoing maintenance / renovation to the dining area so breakfast wasn’t as good as normal as its temporary relocation is in the Lobby. Also absolutely no hot water in the bathroom for the duration of my stay (3 nights) This is my third stay and aside from the above niggles it’s a great hotel with good staff and a good central location

Can’t complain too much as this is already one of the better hotels in dumaguete. They didn’t refill the water or the teas, had to call and ask. Also gave me a call in the morning and woke me up. Had wanted to sleep in. Just expect basic place to live. Probably already better than others around the area.

Nice location. Great staff as most Filipinos are. Limited breakfast but sufficient as it’s included in the price 👍 Avoid rooms next door to balconies, smoking is allowed there, people congregate there, smoking and talking to the early hours. As a non smoker it wasn’t a nice place to be. 1 guest was there on his phone shouting down the line at 4.30 am, at 5am I politely asked if he could tone it down as I was trying to sleep. Typical selfish obese American he refused 🤔. He stayed there until 7.30am, yes 3 hours on a phone shouting, total ignoring anyone else that was still sleeping. Saying that I would have loved to have ejected him over the balcony was an understatement, as a non violent person I decided to request a new room. Which was granted at reception. Little did he know that for over 20 years I was a semi pro fighter and could have chosen not to be so polite 😳
