Rentoudu ja nauti tämä 5 tähden ylellinen kotiin asetettu melkein eekkeri
paljon. Suuri lämmitetty uima-allas näkymät lintujen säilyttämiseen ja kaksi erillistä
uima-altaan oleskelutilat, ruokailu ja rentoutuminen, tarjoavat täydellisen yksityisyyden.

Manasota Beach, jossa on ilmainen pysäköinti, on vain kahden minuutin ajomatkan päässä
pois ja on kuuluisa hiekkarannasta ja hain hampaiden keräämisestä.
Erittäin ison master-sviitin lisäksi king-vuoteella on myös oma vierashuone
queen-vuode ja oma pääsy uima-allasalueelle. Makuuhuoneissa 3 ja 4 on

Home was as advertised. Very quiet and less than a mile to manasota beach. House is well furnished. I did bring my own keurig and beach wagon. Pool is well maintained and big. The house could easily sleep 8 or more people so it was a little big for 3 of us. Neighbors are quiet. Would stay here again

I’ve given the owner ample time to respond outside of this review with no response. I’ve used VRBO for the last several years and this is my first complaint on a stay, and I had several concerns. 1-the kitchen dining room chairs were dangerously repaired and about to fall apart. Couldn’t even sit on them. 2-the towels we’re discussing! We had to buy laundry detergent and disinfectant to wash them ourselves. 3-the patio furniture is dry rotted and rusty. 4-half of the light bulbs are burned out. The front door light, the chandelier light, garage lights, and kitchen lights. 5-almost every slider with blinds had broken on or missing blinds. 8-the decor is filthy dirty, on all the overhead shelves. 9-no extra blankets, pillows, or towels. 10-the bedroom off the kitchen didn’t even have a fire detector. It was removed from the ceiling with wires exposed. 11-no box fans, to help with circulation in the house or in the garage where we could’ve played pool or foosball but it was too hot!12-dirty socks and dust found under beds. Also, the bedroom near the pool area had sand in the bed, on top of the bed and gum stuck to it!Far from LUXURY HOME!

Manasota life,

House was clean and nicely provisioned with utensils and cooking materials. The all important pool was warm and cared for weekly. Manasota beach, a nice find, was just a short ten minutes drive down the road, while others like Nokomis, Venice and Siesta Key were a quick drive up Taimiami. Dining out included Waverly and LockNKey restaurants nearby with Pops farther away in a marina in Venice. The Crow's Nest was excellent with a beautiful view of the bay. We went to 3 movies at the Spot Light cinema with reclining seats and tray tables, Super comfortable! Glad we made time to take it in.Of course we saw a gorgeous sunset at Manasota Beach.

A great vacation spot!

The house was very nice with quiet neighbors. The pool was clean and inviting. All appliances were in working order. There was an issue with the garbage disposal but Gareth was there right away with the tool to fix it so there was no inconvenience. Would definitely stay again. Very nice having 3 king beds!

We have stayed many times in the area and love it, the house was beautiful and very comfortable. We weren't able to stay the entire week due to Hurricane Milton. Gameroom was not air conditioned, not really practical in south Florida, also trouble with dryer, finally able to resolve.

Awesome house

We had a great stay, very clean house. The beds are super comfy, nice pool and plenty of outside space with 2 tables and chairs. I contacted the owner on a few things and he was very prompt in responding and resolved the issue. Would stay here again for sure. Close to many beaches also.

Amazing vacation in this beautiful well placed home!!

An amazing vacation spent in a beautiful home! Gareth, the owner, very quick and helpful. The house is 2 minutes away from the beautiful Manasota beach. Such a great spot. My wife and I were with our son and spouse along with their three kids. The house was perfect! We will go back there! Thanks!!!

Great stay

The house was exactly as pictured. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone! The location was fantastic and close proximity to many beaches. One thing to know is that there was minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc provided so we had to buy our own. There was also no laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided.Not a huge deal but it is definitely something that would’ve been helpful to know to lessen grocery store trips for us. I would absolutely stay here again! You definitely can’t go wrong with booking this house.

Awesome House

This house is in a great location, close to beaches, and a very quick drive to restaurants and shopping in Venice and Englewood . We took bikes so we could ride over to Manasota Beach in just minutes. The house is large and spread out perfectly for a large group or family. We had 7 in our group and it never felt crowded. The pool patio is huge and has multiple areas to hang out or lounge. The pool itself is awesome, the water was clean and perfect! The beds were all amazingly comfortable and the bedrooms were all large with lots of storage! All the appliances are newer and worked great! The house is actually even better than the pictures depict!

Spacious and comfortable

We had a great time here. Everything was according to our expectations. Very nice pool area and close to a nice beach. We never managed to get the tv's working to watch some news , but it wasnt a big deal . We might have done something wrong. Maybe some Instructions could be available. For communications it would be nice if an IM as WhatsApp or Messenger would be available since sms and phone is usually very expensive for Europeans. Over all a very nice stay and we would gladly come back.

Was perfect for our family vacation

Loved the pool! Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was a nice size and was usable for a few at home dinners. Manasota beach is a very short drive away (less than 4min) and is not very busy. We had to communicate a couple times with the owner (but very minor items that were out of his control), and he responded very quickly. Overall we will return again to this property in the future. Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful home!!

A fine stay by the Manasota beach

Overall the experience was fine, but there is certainly room for improvement at this property. The biggest reason this house is attractive is the proximity to the beach, less than a 2 min drive. However I’ll go through the pros and cons individually so people are prepared for what the house is. Pros: As stated before, 2 min drive to the beach Pool was a good temp Lots of sitting areas Wifi was fine Dining area was fine, we had 6 adults and a child and the table was just big enough, more than that you may have issues Fridge was a good size and there were pots and pans ready to use Cons: Cleanliness was an issues, there is a decomposed dead frog under the couch that we thankfully saw before our child was able to find it. House seemed to be cleaned only for what you can see immediately, but most things had a layer of dust.
