People were friendly and we were able to check in earlier than plan. Room - The shower does not have full glass doors or anything to keep the water from getting all over bathroom floor. Room - Closing the bathroom door is entirely too tight. This is a poor design. Hotel - One of the two elevators were out the 6 nights we were there and the other one was incredibly slow. Room - The maid service was very good.

I’ll be back!

Was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and modern this hotel was. I will be staying here again. The checking staff was also so pleasant and helpful.

The only issue was that the air conditioner in 202 was very loud, making it difficult to have a good night's rest. When we stayed in 602, we did not experience this. Maybe a technician can check that unit.

Everything was great about our stay except the shower enclosure. There was only a stationary sheet of glass that covered half the opening. Water sprayed out onto the floor making and a giant puddle that covered the entire bathroom and leaked out under the bathroom door. I had to use two towels to dry it up. I have never had that problem at any other Hampton Inn.
