The bed was very hard. They are in the process of changing out mattresses but our room must have had one of the old ones. The front desk was very welcoming and allowed us to get our room a little early. Brittany at the bar did an awesome job at the bar. She remembered what we had ordered the previous night. Only complaint was that we noticed that whoever cleaned the room emptied the trash can into the toilet. Batteries do not flush.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Brittney was very customer-friendly while managing the restaurant in the evenings. The restaurant featured great chicken wings and fries, and a good selection of beers. The complementary breakfast was another excellent amenity. The pool was also well-maintained. We stayed here before a cruise from Port Everglades and we were near some very good restaurants.
